The eighth and final 2015 Household Hazardous Waste Disposal (S.T.O.P.-Stop Throwing Out Pollutants), Electronic Waste (e-waste) and Drug Collection programs for Oyster Bay Town residents is scheduled for Sunday, November 8th, at the Town of Oyster Bay Department of Public Works Garage, located along the North Service Road of the Long Island Expressway – 150 Miller Place in Syosset, according to Councilman Joseph D. Muscarella.
“This is the last S.T.O.P. program date in 2015 for residents to dispose of any potentially harmful materials in a safe manner,” Councilman Muscarella said. “The Town’s S.T.O.P. program plays a crucial role in protecting our water supply and keeping the water clean and healthy for the community.”
